ÇATIŞMA ÇÖZME BECERİLERİ

Öğrencilerden biri gönüllü seçilir ve kendisine eczacı görevi verilir. Diğer gönüllü öğrencilerden sırayla eczaneye gitmeleri ve ücretsiz ilaç almaya çalışmaları söylenir. Eczacı rolündeki öğrencinin görevi ise ne olursa olsun ilacı vermemektir. 

Sırayla tüm gönüllü öğrenciler eczacıyı ikna etmeye ve ilacı almaya çalıştılar. Süreç sonunda gruba şu sorular yöneltildi:

1-Hangi arkadaşınızın stratejisi başarılı olmaya daha yakındı?

2-Eczacı karşısında kendinizi nasıl hissettiniz?

3-İlacı almak için yapabileceğininiz başka bir şey var mıydı?

Sorular tartışıldıktan sonra öğrencilere oyuncak ayı, baykuş, tilki, kaplumbağa ve köpek balığı çatışma çözme becerileri anlatıldı. Her birinin çatışma karşısında nasıl davrandıkları tartışıldı. Daha sonra öğrencilerden eczacı karşısında hangi çatışma çözme stratejisini kullandıklarını bulmaları istendi ve günlük hayatlarından örnekler istendi. Gönüllü öğrenciler kendi hayatlarında yaşadıkları çatışmalarda nasıl bir yol izlediklerini anlattılar ve bu gibi durumlarda neler yapılması gerektiği tartışılarak etkinlik sonlandırıldı.

Conflict Resolution Skills

One of the students is selected as a volunteer and assigned as a pharmacist. Other volunteer students are told to go to the pharmacy one by one and try to get free medicine. The task of the student in the role of the pharmacist is not to give the medicine regardless.

In turn, all the volunteer students tried to persuade the pharmacist and take the medicine. At the end of the process, the following questions were asked to the group:

1-Which friend's strategy was closer to success?

2-How did you feel about the pharmacist?

3-Was there anything else you could do to take the medicine?

After discussing the questions, the students were taught their teddy bear, owl, fox, turtle and shark conflict resolution skills. How each behaves in the face of conflict was discussed. The students were then asked to find out which conflict resolution strategy they used in the face of the pharmacist, and examples from their daily life were asked. Volunteer students explained how they followed the conflicts in their own lives and the activity was ended by discussing what to do in such situations.
