İLETİŞİM ENGELLERİ

Öğrencilere ailesi, arkadaşları ve öğretmenleri ile kurduğu iletişimler ve sorunları değerlendirmeleri istendi. Gönüllü öğrenciler kendi hayatlarından örnekler verdi ve bu sorunların nedenleri tartışıldı. Daha sonra tahtaya iletişim engelleri yazıldı. 

Yargılamak. Eleştirmek. Sorgulamak. Emir vermek. Akıl vermek. Ad takmak. Ahlak dersi vermek. Nutuk çekmek

Bu iletişim engelleri ile ilgili öğrencilere bilgiler verildi ve gönüllü öğrencilerle verdikleri örneklerde iletişim engeli olup olmadığı tartışıldı. Tüm sınıfa şu sorular soruldu:

1-Çevrenizdeki kişilere karşı bu tür ifadeleri kullanıyor musunuz?

2-Hangi durumlarda kullanıyorsunuz?

3-Sizce ne hissediyorlar?

4-Size karşı bu ifadeler kullanıldı mı?, neler hissettiniz?

Son olarak öğrencilere iletişim engelleyen ifadeler liste halinde verildi. Her ifadenin karşısına hangi iletişim engelini temsil ettiğini yazmaları istendi. 

Günlük hayatımızda farkında olmadan kullandığımız bu iletişim engellerinin, çok daha büyük problemlere yol açabileceği, karşımızdaki kişinin neler hissedebileceğini konuşarak etkinlik sonlandırıldı.

COMMUNICATION BARRIERS

The students were asked to evaluate the communication and problems they had with their family, friends, and teachers. Volunteer students gave examples from their own lives and the reasons for these problems were discussed. Communication barriers were then written on the board.

Judge. Criticize. Query. Give directions. Give reason. Nickname. To teach morality. Orate

Information was given to the students about these communication barriers and it was discussed whether there was a communication barrier in the samples they gave with the volunteer students. The following questions were asked to the whole class:

1-Do you use these kinds of expressions against people around you?

2-In what situations do you use it?

3-What do you think they feel?

4-Have these expressions been used against you? What did you feel?

Finally, the statements preventing communication were given to the students in a list. They were asked to write in front of each statement which communication barrier it represents.

The event was concluded by talking about how these communication barriers that we use in our daily lives without realizing it can cause much bigger problems and what the other person might feel.
